WHAT TO DO AFTER AN ACCIDENTAL ACCIDENT
NOTIFY YOUR SPOUSE OR FAMILY MEMBERS THAT YOU ARE OK
Call SGI Dial-A-Claim at 306-683-2100 or set up your claim on line at SGI
Please have your Driver Licence #, Vehicle Licence Plate #, and your SGI Auto Pak Policy # (if you have one) along with any other accident information Click for Accident Information Form
SGI will appoint an adjuster who will call you, take a statement from the driver and set up an appointment at one of their 3 claim Centers
Please note: if you are deemed "not at fault" or not responsible, your deductible (and a rental vehicle while yours is being repaired) may be covered by the other driver's insurance
At your scheduled SGI appointment, your vehicle will be appraised and you will be supplied with an estimate of the damages. At this time, if required, notify SGI that you would like to use their Deductible Payment Plan (DPP). They will then assist you in filling out the forms and getting all the necessary information
Bring your estimate to Auto Clearing Collision we will discuss it with you, assess you vehicle order the necessary parts and answer any questions you may have
When your parts arrive, we will call you to book your vehicle in for repairs on your schedule
Your vehicle will be washed
A detailed disassembly will be performed by one of our technicians who are well trained in the repair process. Using the most up-to-date equipment available This will ensure that all factory standards are followed
Supplemental damage will be noted to SGI for their authorization, additional parts and repairs will be performed as required.
Your vehicle will then go to our Paint shop
Your vehicle will have the Factory Matched Refinish Restored using our Newly Converted ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY “GREEN” PPG NEXA Waterborne Computerized Paint System
Your Like Factory Refinish will be Baked on in one of our 2 State of the Art Downdraft Paint booths.
Once your factory finish is restored, you vehicle will be re-assembled and any mechanical work will be performed at this time
Your vehicle will then be detailed, a pre-delivery check including road test, if required, will be performed
You will then receive a phone call from one of our Auto Clearing Collision Representatives notifying you that your vehicle is ready to go home!
